Curriculum Vitae - Dr. Martin Peltzer
Born 1931 in Krefeld. After „A“ Levels (Abitur) in 1950, practical banking training at Deutsche Bank (at that time named Rheinisch-Westfälische Bank) followed by studies in jurisprudence, languages and business administration at the Universities of Paris, Freiburg and Basel. Worked as a trainee in two large banks in Mexico (1958) and New York (1960). After completing his legal education with second state examination reentered Deutsche Bank and spent 5 years there as executive assistant to the then chairman of the Executive Board, Hermann J. Abs. From 1966 to 1970 member of the executive board (Vorstand) of Zellstoffabrik Waldhof in Mannheim and her successor company Papierwerke Waldhof-Aschaffenburg (PWA). In charge of finance, personnel and purchasing.
Since 1971 lawyer as main profession (since 1973 admitted as Notary) in Frankfurt am Main; founded the law firm Peltzer & Riesenkampff specialising in business law. Member of supervisory boards and advisory councils. The law firm Peltzer & Riesenkampff continued afters several mergers at the end of the nineties under the firm name of CMS Hasche Sigle.
As of the 1st of January 2008 he left CMS Hasche Sigle and opened his own law office.
